Meet Our Team Hope Egan
Hope Egan understands that "Home is where the heart is" and that where we live is the cornerstone of our lives. This is why she loves helping people with their real estate needs. Her diverse skill set--13+ years as a Realtor, 12+ as a CPA and Certified Financial Planner, and a plethora of marketing and communications expertise--combine to bring true value to her real estate clients. When people work with Hope, they get a partner who genuinely listens to their needs and goals, working tirelessly to achieve them. Her dedication to open and honest communication grows trust and builds long-term relationships based on integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. Recognizing that real estate transactions can be overwhelming, Hope's friendliness and open communication style put clients at east, resulting in lasting bonds. Collaboration is at the core of Hope's approach; she values her clients' input, experience and perspective. She knows that a team strategy yields the best results. She enjoys building relationships with other professionals who value quality, integrity and service, and her extensive network of industry professionals includes trusted lenders, home inspectors, contractors, legal experts and more. Leveraging these relationships, Hope ensures comprehensive support throughout the entire process. First-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, downsizing empty nesters and business owners are all well-served with Hope's commitment to putting their needs first. As a bonus, Hope's nearly 25-year marriage to a commercial real estate professional has sharpened her negotiation skills and deepened her knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. Rooted in faith, Hope loves spending time with her husband, her son, their cat (Fireball), and their chickens at their Rockville, Virginia home. To nourish her mind, body and spirit, she can be found growing her own food, preparing tasty and healthy fare in her kitchen, or engaging in funcational fitness-while rocking out to praise-filled music or listening to inspiring podcasts. Mary Beth Woolfolk
Mary Beth Woolfolk first came to Richmond to attend Virginia Commonwealth University in 1985. After graduation, she met and married her husband and bought her first house—but it turned out to be short-lived. They moved to pursue graduate education, but knew that one day they would return to RVA since they loved it so much. They came back in 2008, along with their young family. She has always loved moving, so they have lived all over metropolitan Richmond and absolutely love all that RVA has to offer. Houses and all things house-related have been a long-time interest for her since childhood. Even as a young girl, she remembers designing a two-sided dollhouse and having more fun making shoe-box rooms than actually playing with the dolls. Home & Garden RVA
